NICC governance

The NICC has established its governance structures to ensure compliance with the Act and to maintain consistent, high standards of conduct.

The NICC Code of Conduct and Ethics sets out the NICC's expectations of office staff and commissioners.

The NICC Charter establishes a procedural framework for the governance and operations of the NICC and its commissioners based on the Casino Control Act 1992 and other relevant legislation.

The Government Information Access Application (GIPA) page outlines how the NICC meets its information management and public access obligations.

The public interest disclosures policy outlines how NICC members can make disclosures if they suspect or witness serious wrongdoing in their own or any other public service agency.
