Partially approved – The application has been partially approved. 

Refused – The application has been rejected. 

Under consideration – The matter is yet to be determined. A decision will be published once finalised. 

Determined – This disciplinary matter or review application has been considered and determined by the NICC, with decisions to be published where applicable. 

Not considered – The matter was not considered by the NICC at this meeting. 

Withdrawn – The application has been withdrawn. 

Invalid – The application has been deemed invalid.

Pecuniary and conflict of interest disclosure register

When considering matters before the NICC, commissioners must disclose any interests in conflict with the proper performance of their duties. The NICC encourages disclosures, whether they are actual, potential or perceived conflicts of interest. Frank and honest disclosures provide confidence that the NICC can make decisions with impartiality. 

NICC commissioners can make disclosures at any time, however where a commissioner makes a disclosure in reference to a matter before the NICC, they will not be present during any deliberation of the other commissioners for the purpose of making a determination, nor will they take part in making the determination.
